Super Heroes

A few days back, I have got a mail from Sony pictures' Spider-man Fan network (i am member of that) about "Spider-man moves to Broadway theater". It's a Super Hero as we all know very well. The Comic-makers have dumped a hell lot of Superheros onto us (mostly they are seen in USA). As we all are aware of the fact that there are no super heroes (like they are claiming & selling their stuff like hot cakes), we still love them. Why? well, cant be one reason for that..but out of those, one reason may be - "they can do what we cant.." Super power.

There may be (are) millions of fans of such movies - from X-men to Fantastic 4 to Spiderman 3, from Hulk to Harry Porter to Transformers. All movies were for fun..and mostly became popular less because of their previously published book or comic, but by Amazing Visual effects. As far as I know, till date no 'Superhero' movie contained a Real message,and was for pure entertainment only. But one movie has changed my perception - "The Dark Knight". I don't want to write movie review here..as That's immaterial for me what others think about this one. But indeed this movie has swung the pendulum - First time the villain is the real hero of the movie.

I am yet to find the End to the Chain of thoughts after watching the movie, hence the conclusion is pending. But till now, what i understood is clear. We don't need Heroes to save ourselves. We are living in a society - made by us. We are a part of it. If we are facing a problem, we cant wait for someone to come and help us out. We have to rise and stand united - have to help ourselves (remember 2 passanger ships with Bombs in the movie??) - about everything that bothers us. Otherwise villains like "Joker" continue to terrorise few "Batmans" who are fighting single-handedly with his own resources. You have to become a "Hero" on your own for yourself. (Like Harry potter does at the end of movie Prisoner of Azkaban, to save sirius Black with his powerful patronus to repel Dementors..after waiting long for his father to come to rescue them)
